In the hospitality industry, professional competence requires not only technical skills but also soft skills, personal development, and industry awareness. This study examined the experiential learning of hospitality management students at the University of Cagayan Valley following a seminar on barista skills, personality development, networking, and crisis management. Using a descriptive-evaluative research design, the study analyzed student reflections and structured rating scales to assess the impact of seminars and faculty/staff development on learning outcomes. Findings revealed that experiential learning activities significantly enhanced technical proficiency, confidence, communication, ethical responsibility, and professional readiness. The study highlights the importance of integrating holistic professional growth and experiential activities to prepare students for real-world hospitality challenges and recommends continued workshops, mentorship programs, and simulation exercises.
