This study focused on developing a learning-style-based framework for Special Program in the Arts (SPA) Music Programs in the Division of Cavite Schools, ensuring that students with different learning preferences – visual, auditory, and kinesthetic, receive instruction that best supports their growth. Given that traditional teaching methods often follow a one-size-fits-all approach, this research aimed to create a more inclusive and engaging model tailored to the diverse cognitive and sensory needs of music students. Using the mixed-methods approach, the study gathered insights from surveys and interviews with SPA music students, teachers, and administrators across Cavite. Findings show that students learn best through multisensory experiences, hands-on activities, collaborative learning, and technology-assisted instruction. Many students benefit from peer mentoring, performance-based learning, and differentiated instruction, highlighting the importance of flexible teaching strategies. The learning-style-based instructional framework developed in this study offers a structured guide for music educators to implement constructivist, collaborative, and technology-enhanced teaching methods in SPA programs. It provides practical strategies such as curriculum redesign, professional development for teachers, adaptable learning environments, and diverse assessment techniques to better address students' individual learning needs. This research serves as a valuable resource for teachers, school administrators, and policymakers seeking to make music education more inclusive, engaging, and responsive, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to develop their musical talents effectively.
