This study explores the relationship between Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) involvement and school performance in the Maasin City Division in District III, focusing on Manhilo National High School and Libhu National High School. Through quantitative analysis and survey data, the extent of PTA involvement across various school programs and projects was examined, revealing a high level of engagement. School performance indicators, including projects, awards, and safety measures, were evaluated, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. Significant findings include a moderate positive correlation between PTA involvement and school performance, emphasizing the essential role of PTAs in enhancing educational outcomes. Challenges faced by PTAs, such as funding constraints and administrative support, were identified, underscoring the need for strategic interventions. Recommendations for improvement encompass enhancing funding avenues, strengthening administrative support, improving communication, recognizing achievements, capacity building, and sustaining safety measures. By implementing these recommendations, schools can leverage PTA involvement to establish a conducive learning environment and enhance overall school performance. This study contributes valuable insights into the dynamics of PTA engagement and its impact on school performance.
