This study determined the entrepreneurial and work self-efficacy and its relation to the teaching performance of Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) teachers in selected secondary schools in Tacloban City for the School Year 2021-2022, Specifically, to determine the teachers’ profile of the respondents in terms of gender, civil status, age, monthly salary, educational attainment, length of service as TLE teacher, academic rank, obtaining a National Certificate, and number of relevant training and seminars attended; the level of the respondents’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy along of risk-taking, innovation, management, and financial control, the level of the respondent’s work self-efficacy in terms of self-confidence, motivation, teamwork, and productivity, the level of teachers’ teaching performance in Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) teachers, and finally, if there is a significant relationship between the teachers’ profile and their entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and work self-efficacy; if there is a significant relationship between the teachers’ teaching performance in Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) and their profile, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and work self-efficacy.
