Inclusive education aimed to provide equitable learning opportunities for all students, regardless of their diverse backgrounds and abilities, relying significantly on the collaboration of teachers, policymakers, and the broader community. This study investigated the correlation between the implementation of inclusive education practices and the extent to which teachers utilized inclusive strategies in various school environments, considering factors such as community involvement, policies, resources, teacher preparedness, and student engagement. The study's diverse demographic details enhanced its robustness, drawing insights from mid-career professionals, a balanced sex distribution, and varying levels of experience in Special Needs Education. Findings indicated that inclusive education practices were moderately implemented, highlighting the need for improvements in the clarity of policies, monitoring procedures, resource provision, and professional development. Despite positive aspects in teacher collaboration and resource access, leadership could have been more proactive. Additionally, the study revealed that teacher demographics, such as age and education, significantly influenced the implementation of inclusive practices in policy execution, resource allocation, and community involvement. Parent and community engagement, rather than existing policies and leadership, played a critical role in the success of inclusive strategies. Accordingly, the study recommended developing comprehensive community engagement programs, reevaluating policies and leadership, enhancing resource allocation, and providing tailored professional development based on teacher demographics. Addressing these areas would foster more effective and supportive inclusive education environments, ensuring consistent practices across school settings. By leveraging structured frameworks for collaboration, comprehensive professional development, and proactive leadership, schools could optimize the use of inclusive strategies in curricula, enhancing student participation and parent involvement. Ultimately, this study emphasized the importance of a holistic, collaborative approach, underpinned by active community connections and thorough reassessment of policies and resources, to realize the full potential of inclusive education.
